This Privacy Policy describes how personal data of users visiting the website www.appzen0.com (the «Website») is processed. The Website is an online showcase of the applications developed by  Zen0Lab. Data is processed in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 («GDPR») and applicable Italian law.

2. Types of data processed

The Website is a simple showcase and does not provide for user registration or online sales. The data processed is limited to:

  • Browsing data — while using the Website, the computer systems automatically collect certain data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet protocols (e.g. IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, date and time of access). This data is used for statistical and security purposes, in aggregated form.
  • Data provided through the contact form — name, e-mail address and the content of the message that the user voluntarily enters in order to contact us.

The Website does not use traffic analysis tools (e.g. Google Analytics) and does not carry out any profiling of users.

4. Processing methods and retention

Data is processed using IT tools and security measures appropriate to prevent unauthorised access, loss or unlawful use. Data sent through the contact form is retained for the time necessary to handle the request and for any subsequent period required by legal obligations, after which it is deleted.

5. Recipients of the data

Data may be processed by parties providing technical services to the Controller, appointed as Data Processors where applicable, in particular:

  • the Website’s hosting provider (Hostinger);
  • the e-mail service used to receive messages (Google – Gmail).

Data is neither disclosed nor transferred to third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Transfer of data outside the EU

Some providers (e.g. Google) may process data outside the European Union. In such cases, the transfer takes place on the basis of appropriate safeguards provided for by Articles 44 et seq. of the GDPR (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses).

7. Cookies

The Website uses technical cookies, which are necessary for its proper functioning and for which no consent is required. Third-party cookies generated by embedded content (e.g. videos, fonts or maps) may also be present. For the latter, consent is collected through the dedicated banner on the first visit. Cookies can be managed or disabled from your browser settings.

8. Rights of the data subject

At any time, the user may exercise the rights provided for by Articles 15–22 of the GDPR, including: access to their data, rectification, erasure, restriction of and objection to processing, data portability and withdrawal of consent. To exercise them, simply write to info@zen0lab.com.

The data subject also has the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).

The Controller reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy. Any changes will be published on this page together with the date of the last update.
